Friends and Family Test
The Friends and Family Test is the way the NHS aims to give patients the opportunity to feed back their views of the care or treatment they have received. This will help Hospitals, GP Practices and Community Services like Locala etc. to engage with patients, celebrate areas of good practice and target areas for improvement.
